We're all underpaid. A good chunk of the lifers are victims of the Lost Decade and circumstance. Even then, many are still trying to move on. I find most of them want to improved this place for everyone here, so why vilify them?
True we are all underpaid. And I certainly don't want to vilify them. Just stating an opinion that I think the lifers pay is the least of our worries.
