I'm based in MCI currently and can say it's taking a few months to get here as an FO. After bankruptcy, we'll see. I tend to think despite the MX base here we're on the chopping block to help staff LGA and EWR. I am not saying it's true, it's just my belief. Every single flight from here leaves for 1 of three destinations which are also bases ORD, PHL, and DCA, we have occasionally had a CLT flight but to my knowledge it is now inbound only.

If you are taking a job in the next three months, I definitely recommend going elsewhere.
