Last time I checked a person has the ability to apply and work at whatever "airline", " job" etc...I don't feel sorry for anyone whose knowingly goes to a place that pays peanuts.
Every airline in history started by paying peanuts....and then a lot of time and effort went in to making it a decent paying career. Learn the history.
