Unfortunately, the issues in the contract are too big for even the MEC to get around. Pay will be by far the lowest in the industry, and especially for FOs it is downright embarrassing. There are too many company discretion and "when staffing permits" in the contract. Also, 5 years in this environment is way too long. Still a NO vote from me. It is time Mesa isn't the butt of every joke in the industry anymore.
