The West (and East) can argue the Nic until they flop over, so there's nothing for me to "get over". The fact that should the LAA committee recognize the pre-merger REALITY of three separate lists with concurrent adoption of the Nic and the fact that situation would UNDENIABLY provide a windfall to West pilots at the expense of LAA IF there is no other form of compensation to prevent that is NOT them being the "new nics".
That is simply yet ANOTHER one of your many assertions that are NOT fact, which BTW seem to be becoming more hysterical by the day.
Might I suggest booking time on a large yacht and enjoying the sea for awhile ?
