im in a similar situation, i work for a school who just got our LOA 6 months ago and i graduated in 2011 or 12. and what i was told from our chief who did all the work to get the LOA said it would be retro active to all graduates.... weather or not that is true or not is another story. i want it in writing in some fashion cause i would look like an idiot applying saying "so and so said i was good"

who can give me that assurance i have no idea.
