The irony is that the courts once again fail to remain consistent or do anything to facilitate implementation of the enforceable contracts.. the MOU and PA... , or of the statute... the MB process underway.

The courts have never resolved to issue and never can. They are powerless to oppose the ratified contracts and the statute. The only way to a single seniority list has always been governed by the contracts in place... i.e. negotiating a resolution. A process of resolution was negotiated an ratified and is now underway.

Try as they might, the courts will not interfere with the MOU, the PA, and MB. They won't. They can't. And the Arbs are not intimidated.
