Why does everyone keep talking about Aspen? Just because it was Envoy's flying doesn't mean it's getting awarded to us just because we are getting the 700s AAG is transferring. We aren't the sole CRJ operator for AAG.
And each management team has an agenda. Ask yourself what is Envoy's biggest challenge right now? Pilot retention (among other things). How do you retain pilots? Take a stab at that one.
