Several people from the envoy team have gotten on here and talked about how old some of the Eagle 700's were and PSA's have as much or more time than the 200's. They could add options now, and later add Ejets from retired 700's. Also there is Mesa 900's in PHX that might not be needed forever, and options were announced in January discrediting the preferred product argument. Lastly, depending on this republic debacle AAG may already be E-jet poor with a shortage of typed pilots for that airplane.

Plus, it seems like RAH uses them on larger city parings. Other regionals use the CRJ on a truer hub to spoke method. So the question would be, what is the larger roll to fill as the 50 seaters go away?
