Most of the good gains we got was in the companys interest. One example is the AR.. They had pilots sitting there for 10 hours and was useless at the end of the shift, due to FDP... Something they realized and keeping them there shorter is a huge benefit for utilizing reserves better. Not that we will ever have many AR available...
