Seems to me that every time there is an aviation accident, some "heart surgeon" gets on the boards, immediately solves the mystery of why a crash happens, and quickly assigns blame based on his many years of playing Microsoft Flight Simulator, his high speed connection to Wikipedia, and a his "wealth of knowledge" gained as a private pilot.
Most professional aviators tend to wait for facts and show some respect for the victims by not speculating about causes and accusing fellow pilots of fatal errors.
If any "heart surgeon" did such a thing, it is news to me, and I've never read anything of the sort.
