Its very funny to see that every pilot whines and bashes airlines and yet still they show up to their job fairs and pretty much looking desperate for a job. No airline is perfect, i think everyone has enough experience to learn that by now. Regional, LLC or a LEGACY, they all have their pros and cons. I am a regional first officer and have LEGACY pilots jumpseating and there still whining and complaining of how things can be better. No Airline can satisfy every pilot in the company, it never has happened and it never will. So rather than bashing airlines on forums, just get what you can from the experience and move on in your careers. It is simple as that. Allegiant may have issues, but still its not a bad airline at all i think. I recently went to a job fair and there were 20 pilots waiting to talk to the reps there and more than half of them were from Republic and 747 cargo guys. So use them for what you can to move on in your career or a better QOL whatever is important for you.
