So what can AS Pilots aim for? This may be a long reach but I want to bring it up.
Propose a scope that maintains a certain majority ratio of mainline to regional aircraft, with a seat cap of 76 and a total hull limit. If mainline pilots are furloughed, first class seats will be removed from the regional jets. I believe DAL has similar language.
Aim for pay rates that take average ALPA 737 pay (UAL/DAL) + 3%.
Maintain credit of trips dropped with vacation. Or at least maintain guarantee. If PBS comes up, create language similar to other carriers.
Raise 401K contribution to 16%.
Uniform and headset bank.
Lodging for new hires at least through indoc/systems. Long term training credit raised to 85, including per diem.
Increase int'l override and create an int'l per diem.
Consider the possibility of pay banding similar to UAL/DAL.
Consider joint venture language on an international scale to protect/improve possibility of larger aircraft on int'l routes to be flown by AS pilots.
What else?
