In my minds eye, my expectation would be some wide body flying after a year and then maybe upgrade before 5 years.
Narrow body upgrade minimums are 5500tt with time on type/company time etc. Fleet transfers will happen once certain time is reached in the company and there are openings on the wide body. The time for this is based on many things, deliveries, upgrades, destination changes, etc.

Upgrades are a combination of seniority and merit. There is a three day assessment process that includes a technical interview, a non technical interview, a simulator evaluation, and a final interview. The process is tough but fair, and requires a good deal of preparation and solid knowledge of the aircraft, the manuals, company procedures, and basic airmanship.
