FWIW, the pilot rep (1year 767 pilot)who did a great job explaining the pros and cons noted his OE had several gaps. He completed his OE/Training Pay cycle just under 4 months. What was of interest is he was averaging about 78 credit hours during his first year (remember 50 is first year contractual min vs. 62 thereafter----so budget accordingly).
