CAPT moved around but they were never at KOMN or KDED to my knowledge.
Im sorry man you missed my point. I did half of my Private at a local FBO. But things came to things and I ended up moving to a fast track. Now I had done all my solo requirements. BUT I had not recieved any instruction on emergency procedures or ground refence. I had never taking the pre solo written. In fact my cross country teaching was follow the shore and go north untill you get there. Now not knowing what I needed to know I thought that was just how it was done. But i shoulda some how just figured out what I needed to know right? I am not talking about how easy I want it. You get what you pay for.
I know for a fact capt was at least at ded but I could be mistaken about omn. Some of our planes are old capt plains. And the FBO where CAPT was is still there.
