Ok, so I'm dumb. What does EFB stand for? I've known it as electronic flight bag, but seems like it has a different meaning here. Why is EFB going to put everyone on reserve?
As zondaracer said, I've heard the issue stems from disagreements over whether the company can use the EFB to push schedule changes to pilots, or not. EFBs won't be deployed until this issue is resolved.
