The company wants to open new domiciles and wants us to give up nearly every bit of our previously negotiated FDA and Relocation benefits of the CBA in lieu of a joke of a housing/moving allowance.
Do you REALLY believe your words? Do you REALLY believe these are
additional benefits? My understanding of the word "additional", means you have something and ADD something to it. Taking away what you have and giving you something else is called SUBSTITUTION. The company and curiously enough, our Union, wants to SUBSTITUTE a lousy benefit for the waiver of work rules and numerous allowances. What is "additional" about that?
