Agreed. It's about personal choice. For aspiring candidates, look carefully at the pro's and con's and act accordingly. Apply and interview when you get the opportunity. You may find your original choice of number #1 may not be all you thought or they may alternatively not want you! Good and affordable health insurance makes up for and extra $6/hr pay rate if it costs half of what others are offering.
But that's impossible! The Piedmont contract sucks and they can't possibly only be paying 16.5% of their health care! Seriously I think my max out of pocket is $20 for a dr visit.
