Not taking away the toolishness of the videographer, but the pilot in question is not righteous. How hard is it to follow the rules? Which is more toolish? I'm with you there. All groups demand professional pride until it comes with annoyance and responsibility. I don't chew gum when I'm in my white coat. I don't let my residents chew gum on rounds.
Why? Well, it is just not professional. Act the part if want the perks. It is no coincidence that the guy looks like he is in his 20's.
But yes filming is completely off the rails toolish.
