And it's never been "8 to 10 months." More like 5-6, which is still way too long. Lots of guys have been getting 3 month paid vacations though, so there's that.
Also, that was just painful to read.
Maybe it was painful to read, the truth hurts .Maybe there are a few grammatical errors, but I'm typing this on my phone in the terminal, waiting on my commute home so who caresaid lol.
I think 8 to 10 months is more realistic, according to my sources. What about the 50-75 guys who didn't get their 100hrs consolidation after their pc and had to go back and retake their pc?
Poor planning in my opinion, all on mgmt.
Psa will take the simplest task and make it the most ridiculous thing in the world with all of their bs.
In addition, Tsa,Republic and Awac will all most likely reject TA's with much higher pay than what you have.Looks like Mesa will reject theirs as well ,waiting for something better and I believe Gojet will follow suit. All Other regional so are increasing pay or offering huge bonuses.
If all of this comes to fruition, Psa may very well be the lowest compensated regional after all is said and done.I'll bet those shiny new rj's don't look so great now, looking at what you could have possibly gained.
