"Turbine Pilots Flight Manual" was a good start.
"Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot"
Those were the two books I used the most and found to be the most beneficial.

Also, looking up some of the "Delta Job Knowledge" gouges can be helpful, just use caution as not every answer is correct on some of those examples, so always verify.
