as for the contract a couple of guys have said we finally have the company where we want them. and i agree. they are in violation of our scope with colgan, we have delta 900's coming with no pay scale, pilot attrition is high, and management knows it. i think they are about to realize that all the money they stand to make is all based on the airline running. and if there is no one to fly the delta planes then the other 900's delta has told us were coming wont even have a chance. delta told us we are to staff the planes 5 to 1. if we cant do it, we lose the contract, we lose the contract the stock price goes down, stock price goes down and all of uncle phils stock will be worthless. the ball is in our court now. they had there chance to give us a decent contract back when this place was doom and gloom. now that we see the future is looking good we wont take or sign a crappy contract.
