You would be seriously mistaken believing this.
There are throngs of Envoy pilots believing just about anything they are told, especially if it is sweet enough. In fact, Envoy has at least one ALPA rep and several other questionable characters on this forum actively selling Envoy based on the most optimistic projections, temporary positive changes and slick ads. It's really gotten quite pathetic both in the willingness to promote such nonsense and the willingness to believe it. I guess each new generation of pilots simply must make their own mistakes and get burned.

The saddest part is that this particular mistake has been made repeatedly in the past and either the present crop are too clueless to notice it or have embraced denial to such a point, they are unwilling to accept it.
It also seems there will always be a handful of misguided and self-serving pilots more than willing to exacerbate this dysfunction by happily dragging others down this primrose path.
