Thanks in advance for your response. I'm really not familiar with the oversight you speak of.
In the last few years management pay has been a hot item at shareholder meetings. For management compensation to be increased to a point that would have a real impact on the profit sharing the change would have to be huge. I am not worried to much about it. The unionization efforts would gain major steam if it were to happen.
When we first announced this round of profit sharing we were told we would be lucky if we ever saw a dime because management would cook the books. Same paranoia just a different day.
