In today's chairmans letter he has to take yet another shot at 70% of the pilot group. To paraphrase "the Delta pilots have gained the most since Bk and were poised to continue to do the same until the Delta Pilots decided otherwise" The arrogance of someone thinking that 3/4 of the group is wrong and he is right is just unreal.
