Exactly what the others said. I failed a 135 ride, and my sim partner failed a 121 oral. I can not speak for him (other than that he is a great guy), but I just owned up, told them why I failed, and explained how that event reshaped how I prepare for any training event. We both went through training here at F9 without so much as a hiccup. We just buckled down and got it done.
Conversely, one fella at my interview endlessly complained about his bust. I think he was overheard a few times. He was not offered a job.
