I have long thought that PSAs hiring of a bunch of old guys from PDT, a tiny little airline that never saw growth or expansion was bizarre. These dudes are all in way over their heads. The management has always been responsible for stiffling PSAs growth, now more than ever.
It seems to me and a lot of other people that their old,outdated, way of thinking is eventually going to ruin them.They don't know how to think outside the box,be innovative, and embrace new ideas and ways of doing things.If you're unwilling to change ,especially in the environment this industry is in now,you are basically doomed, it's just a matter of time.
The sad part is everyone can see it except for the kuntry inbreds in charge lol.
And yes ,I said KUNTRY.
Hopefully something changes real soon for you guys. Pos contract,horrible schedules and,work rules, **** poor management, ...man.
