I have heard that the Lump Sum payment will be according to what seat you were in on the date of the TA. So if you change seats between the TA and the signing date, you get the lower paying seat. I thought last time it was date it was ratified. So it seems like the timeframe for the signing bonus ends mid August but the new pay rates don't begin until November. Has anyone heard anything different? Does anyone remember how it was in 2006?
