The only difference between Envoy's "in-person" interviews and Mesa's phone interviews is that Envoy gets to see your ugly mug before you show up for class. Beyond that, they even are proudly exclaiming they don't care if you can fly a basic ILS or read an approach plate. I'd say this is even worse than Mesa.
There is no tech or sim evaluation FOR CURRENT PART 121 PILOTS. Anyone else still goes through the full interview. As opposed to Mesa and others who hire ANYBODY over the phone regardless of their prior experience.
With the intelligence and comprehension skills you demonstrate on this forum it's no surprise Eagle/Envoy didn't hire you.
