Oh, oh, Shenanigans are lose. Just read the contract and vote, its that simple. No comments on here are going to sway anyone one way or the other. If you don't like this contact, vote no. If people haven't learned, its business. Its no harm or threat to the company if you vote this down. The process resumes and it will be finalized at some point. Don't let emotions sway the way you should really vote. Read the contract and make an informed judgment and then move on. If this contract passes, take the good and enjoy your life. But I seriously doubt that life is going to change much if this TA passes. Your dream career won't become a nightmare, I doubt you'll even notice much changes. And I am not endorsing the contract one way or another.
