The official comments from the negotiating committee stated this would effect most FO's not 2%.
Exactly, that's a seniority concession. Hence, F/O no votes. If they pulled the same 2% (or whatever the real number was) from the bid packets all together so CA couldn't bid them either, would it have been OK?
