How's that? So you put in your retirement to retire on Dec 31st of 2016 instead of right now, and here's what you get. 35K bonus, 10% raise (30-40K, probably), 40K for the retirement notice. Over 100K, no SLB needed. I'd say that's a little more than squat.
I'm disappointed, I was hoping there were going to be tons of retirements this year, now it slides people through next years peak. However, the senior guys will all have vacation then, anyways, so maybe it doesn't help much during peak.
