It's a fact if you're a new hire big guy and can't fit into the 300 you aren't going to get a class date. Limited growth and 10 plus year upgrade means you are nothing more than furlough bait @ NJA! If you're a new hire take the job and keep looking for better! Plan on getting out before the Music stops and it will stop. Just like in 08/09. Everyone is waiting for the next hick up.
