Exactly. Some can't see through their anger. The downside to this "solution" from management's view however, is that it does not address productivity. Youre actually saying if you can't understand their point of view, we won't know what they want, and if cant give them what they want, we won't ever get a deal.

It's for a guy who is out of category, seems as if the only lca are in my category. My category would take a huge hit everytime we bid given how the language in ta2015 was written.
Also, I'm bidding for October. You know what I love, that all of these trips will be awarded.
I'd hate to be in the top third of a category, like i am, and unable to get weekends off because a good portion of those weekend off trips and holiday off trips were removed during the awards and I got stuck with the crap leftovers.
