Aircraft Placards: There are "Livery" placards on the USAirways airbuses. There is a group of Juveniles who deface them with a red or black marker. A logbook entry is required for "Illegible" placards. Hopefully they will be apprehended like the genius who falsified the logbook by signing it with the name of a Arbitrator.
