PHX is definitely attainable but you won't get it straight out of the gate no matter which one you choose. Just FYI most west coast domiciles are going to be senior. Junior bases for the new guys are usually in places like ORD, IAD, CLT, etc...
The exception is Compass and their LAX domicile, but that is definitely an anomaly and not the norm.
