Mesa is where the washouts, unhireables, and otherwise rejected go. It's the boneyard of Regional pilots. And their practice of hiring "questionable" people is needed to support their extremely low pay and quality of life. Pilots who can't be hired anywhere else won't be so choosy about "little" things like pay and long term career potential.
That is quite a blanket statement for our pilot group. And coming from someone who doesn't even work here at that.
I wish you would say that to some of our guys who have flown in Afghanistan under, let's just say, less than favorable conditions. In fact I'd love to see it, but I'm guessing you're too big of a coward when you step out from behind the computer. I have to say I am a little surprised hearing this from an Envoy pilot. I thought you types had more tact than that.
