The good side is Alaska is a very stable company with a history of coservative management. They grow internally. The bases are in places where people want to live. Most of the flying is single time zone. Lots of great people work there...pilots, F/As and CSAs.

All the problems people talk about here are pretty minor in the great view of things. And all the problems ar Alaska are at every airline you'll ever work for.
