PSS Cutover
American’s cutover to one reservations system, otherwise known as Passenger Service System (PSS) cutover, is quickly approaching. Just as this will drive changes for revenue customers, there will also be changes for non-revenue travelers.
To be sure you understand the changes and are ready, American has put together a guide that focuses on the key changes, including the use of NRTP, final policy alignment and the ways PSS cutover will affect employee and retiree travel. We encourage you to click on the image to review the guide and visit Jetnet for more information.
Looking ahead, we’ll send weekly emails focusing on one key change and action items leading up to Oct. 17.
D3..This embargo will only run five days (Friday, Oct. 16 through Tuesday, Oct. 20), and it will pertain to guest pass (D3) travel for all mainline and wholly owned regional employees and retirees. We will allow guest pass (D3) travel when a rider is accompanied by the employee or retiree.
How many PSA-PDT pilots are getting hired on the AA side while the 824 guys are getting shafted on the US Air side?
What are you guys doing about it?
Good Luck!
