The AAG plan is to park the props and replace with 145's - at a slow pace. In 2 years, they will be the same size that they are now. They MAY take more 145's from Envoy, but then Envoy will shrink further.

Any growth at the WO'd carriers will mean less jobs for non WO'd. There will not be any additional flying.
