I think that is where the obvious improvement needs to begin. If we don't have a good operation, we can't have a good airline. Richard Anderson is very operationally minded. He allows the beancounters to have their say, but he doesn't let them drive the boat. We need the same type of person to head our airline and set the example. Mr. Munoz also seems a bit more hands on, rather than watching the operation from the 48th floor at the Willis Tower.
What he said. I'm not going to dog the guy before he begins. I have to respect if he's willing to show face and actually take input. Time will tell.
