I just finished training on the CRJ...there were a few people in my class from other airlines (Mesa, Trans States) who had quite a bit less than 1000, but since they had 121 jet time it helped them out. Definitely get your app in...I just finished training and I have almost 100 guys underneath me (not including those hired on the E-120).
Don't forget about the 120 guys. Next year when they come over to the jet and it pushes your number down, you'll remember them.
