My pool date is 22 May. I heard from a friend that the PD told him that there would be 3 classes in Aug, 2 in September and no more classes for the rest of the year. Another fellow poolie said today that his PD contact told him 3 classes in Aug, 1 in Sept and none for the rest of the year.
I hope I don't have to wait until Jan to start class, but I guess it's better to be in the pool than out of it.
I'm hearing the same thing. A buddy of mine in training now called to tell me that the pilot group is having 3 classes in Aug. Another friend, and fellow poolie was told no more classes after Sep. I'm right on the bubble, and may have to wait 'til next year as well. I'm calling tomorrow to find out for sure.
