I am a passenger, not a pilot and am scared every time I see protected class people in the flight deck. They most likely got there based on things other than experience or skill.
How would you "know" a protected class was in the cockpit unless your stereotyping anyone who doesn't look like most of us: Caucasian, some grey hair, balding, or wrinkles. Lol
