Good luck CC. I would say your assessment is pretty spot on. Especially with the SAPA part. Most are great guys that just want to do right by the pilot group. But all the good ones without other motives burn out and move on, which is what the company wants. That is why we will never see any real gains as a group. People that are content here are happy. People that want change will bang their head against the SGU wall for a bit, eventually get tired and either quit SAPA or SW.

I recall us going back and forth on the EFB a couple months back, and you were still new enough to think the company would do the right thing and SAPA was just trying to get us a couple more bucks with the reflow. I'm glad you were able to move on and I hope that all those that want to do the same are able to as well. Good to see that stagnation that has been the regionals for the past 6 years is finally moving and allowing us to get a career worth having.
