I'm glad we have addressed this very small, yet huge QOL issue in the TA (not!).

a. Proffer
A pilot shall have the ability to proffer a trip(s) in open time for pickup.
The proffer shall designate whether the activity is:
i. make-up eligible; or
ii. a trip pickup as provided in Section 25.L.10.
