I don't need to ask them, I have been there. THEY DID NOT VOTE IN those concessionary contracts, they were FORCED to live under them while they had to give up their A-plan, work rules, and more, due to Chapter 11 bankruptcies.
You have it backwards, THEY are the ones asking ME why we have even brought this TA up for a vote, one in which we negotiate away work rules (that we will never get back), during our company's tremendous financial success during the last 15 years.
As to the rest of your post, thank your for the synopsis of the roadshow video, I did watch it myself already though.
Maybe consider adding to your 'negatives' column the fact that this TA will only be with us 6-10 years. It should have been a 15-20 years, now THAT would be industry leading!
