The EFB is returned in “good” condition or better based on the
criteria below.
3) Actual condition descriptions:
a) Excellent – The EFB may have minimal signs of wear, but looks
almost like new and is fully functional.
b) Good – The EFB may have moderate signs of wear, but no major
cosmetic defects and is fully functional.
4) Pilots who do not return the EFB upon separation will reimburse the
Company a prorated fee based upon the reimbursement table below.
