50% deadhead pay is terrible. An increase to 100% needs to happen. Piedmont had 75% deadhead pay until their management recently announced they will get 100% until further notice.
125% premium pay is the second worst below average work rule next to the deadhead pay. Envoy had 125% until recently when there union obtained 150%-200%
The sister companies are passing LOAs to improve their long contracts and attract more pilots, PSA has the money and needs to start with 100% deadhead pay and at least 150% premium pay. The min day is the third worst below average work rule and needs to be increased to at least 4-hours and the stipulations about start/finish times removed.
